Delete your account
You can delete your Bible For All: One Big Story account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — you do not need the app installed to make a request.

Option 1 — delete it in the app
Account → Help & Support → Delete account
Open the app, go to the Me tab, choose Help & Support, then Delete account and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
Email us
Send us a request from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it is you. Include the words "delete my account" and, if you have one, the mobile number on your profile.
Email a deletion requestWe action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, mobile number and profile photo.
- Your watch history and progress through the lessons.
- Your bookmarks, highlights and notes.
- Your quiz results, points, rank and reading streak.
- Your Talk with Jesus conversations.
- Your push notification token.
What we keep
Nothing. When your account is deleted we remove all of it from our systems. We do not keep a copy, and we cannot restore it later.
Before you delete
Cancel your subscription separately. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account first, or it will keep renewing.
Lessons unlocked from your book are tied to your account, so you will lose access to them. You can scan the same QR codes again after making a new account.
